Two pathways for menopause support

When working with me, there are two pathways through which you can receive natural menopause support.

Many of my patients come through my Full Health MOT, which is a two-hour in-depth consultation, followed by follow-up sessions as needed. Through this process we can work with homeopathy, nutritional support, and kinesiology to help address hormonal shifts and symptoms that often arise during perimenopause and menopause.

Rather than working together occasionally through individual appointments, we meet regularly over an 8-week period, allowing us to work step by step through the areas that most influence your menopausal wellbeing.
