To pay monthly, there is no up-front cost, instead you pay 12 x monthly payments & during this time you can redeem follow-up appointments when you need them at no additional charges, 0% interest, and 20% discount on appointment prices.
You have full control to cancel (or request cancellation of) this plan at any time, however, it is not possible to part-refund you during this 12 months & the full balance will be due upon cancellation.
If your card payment fails during the term of your 12 month plan, you agree to update your card details within one week to enable outstanding monthly payments to continue, or alternatively you can settle the outstanding balance in a single payment. I have created this plan as a gesture of goodwill & require your help ensuring all outstanding payments are completed, so I can continue to offer 0% monthly as an option.
If your regular monthly payments are not maintained on the date due, Claire French reserves the right to cancel your plan before the 12 months are complete, and before all appointments are used – any payments made so far will not be refunded.

E-MAIL REQUESTS – ADVICE & PRESCRIPTIONS
For existing patients who have visited within the last month, it is possible for me to offer Homeopathic advice via email between appointments upon request. I charge a £10 fee for this service which will be sent via email payment link.
For any homeopathic pills required, I charge an additional £5 between appointments + postage. You can also buy a larger quantity of pills directly from the homeopathic pharmacies.
Due to the sheer volume of patients I help support, and the number of requests I sometimes receive, and to ensure professionalism and accuracy of prescriptions, this service is limited to those who have had an appointment with me in the last month. For existing patients who have not visited within the last month, I will ask you to book a follow-up appointment so I can check your symptoms and assess your requirements in detail.
RECEIPTS FOR PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE CLAIMS
Some private health insurance companies require a more detailed receipt on my headed paper – above & beyond the details on the standard receipt you automatically receive upon booking.
Due to the sheer volume of patients I help support, and the time it takes me to manually create these receipts to support insurance claims, I am now charging £10 per receipt to cover my time which will be sent via email payment link.
I will then create the receipt and email this across to you as swiftly as possible (usually within 48 hours).
