The 8-Week Natural Menopause Reset offers the most structured and closely supported approach. Rather than working together occasionally through individual appointments, we meet weekly over 8 weeks, allowing your support to evolve as your body responds and your symptoms begin to improve.

In this second session, we use gentle kinesiology testing as a diagnostic tool to listen directly to your body and identify the areas that may be influencing your menopause symptoms.

Our body has an infinite wisdom which knows everything that has ever happened to us since birth. Like a computer which stores the memory of everything we have experienced, muscle testing is a gentle method of communicating with your body to guide us to areas of your health requiring support.

Through this process, we explore how different areas of the body are responding – including digestion, detoxification pathways, hormone/endocrine glands, energy pathways, and other functions that can influence how your body experiences menopause.

Kinesiology testing helps us identify the nutrients, foods and supplements that best support your healing. We can also check any supplements you may already be taking to see whether they are helping, or whether your body would benefit from something different.

Where helpful, we may also introduce Bach Flower remedies to help support emotional balance during this time of change.

Week 3: Nutrition & strategy

At the beginning of the programme you will complete a 7-day Dietary Diary so we can understand your current eating patterns and how your daily nutrition may be influencing your energy, weight and menopause symptoms.

During this final session of the programme, we review your dietary diary, alongside insights gained through kinesiology testing in week 2. This allows us to see how your current diet aligns with what your body has shown it needs, in order to function in balance.

Together we explore manageable adjustments to your daily nutrition, helping you incorporate the foods and nutrients your body has asked for, reduce foods that may be undermining your health, and integrate the supplements identified in week 2 in a way that fits naturally into your daily routine.

We also consider how your nutrition can support healthy weight changes during menopause, making practical adjustments that help stabilise energy, metabolism and hormone balance.

This aim is not to overwhelm you with drastic changes, but to help you make clear and sustainable adjustments that support your hormones, digestion, energy, weight goals and overall wellbeing as your body adapts to menopause.

Following our discussion, you will receive a personalised menopause support plan summarising the key recommendations and next steps, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

After the programme
