Pay 0% Monthly Instalments
The pay monthly instalment plan was created to help individuals and families afford Homeopathic treatment on an ongoing basis to support you & your family’s health.
There is no up-front cost, instead you pay £33.33 per month (single person follow-ups) for 12 months & during this time you can redeem follow-up appointments when you need them at no additional charges, 0% interest, and 20% discount on appointment prices.
This plan was set up to genuinely help families afford ongoing natural health treatment & all I ask is that you ensure your payment card is kept up-to-date, so that payments are taken on-time and fulfilled until the plan is paid in full. I require your help with this to ensure I can continue to offer the instalment options & the discounts!
You have full control to cancel (or request cancellation of) this plan at any time, however, your registered payment card will be charged for the remainder of the 12 months fees in a single final payment upon cancellation.
It is not possible to part-refund you during this 12 months, however, it is possible to settle the full balance early if you wish to.
If your regular monthly payments are not maintained on the date due, Claire French reserves the right to cancel your plan before the 12 months are complete, and before all appointments are used – any payments made so far will not be refunded.
PAY-IN-3 – TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The Pay-in-3 plan has been created to help you spread the cost of purchasing the Full Health MOT (for Adults or Children) across 3 monthly payments:
ADULTS: The first payment of £125 is taken upon purchase, then £125 per month for a total of 3 payments (£375.00 total) – Please note: The Adult Pay-in-3 option will cost you £25 more spread across the 3 payments, compared to buying in a single payment at £350.
CHILDREN: The first payment of £90 is taken upon purchase, then £90 per month for a total of 3 payments (£270.00 total) – Please note: The Children’s Pay-in-3 option will cost you £20 more spread across the 3 payments, compared to buying in a single payment at £250.

Refunds & Cancellations:
Refunds are not possible once Pay-in-3 Plans are purchased.

If your card payment fails during the term of your Pay-in-3, you agree to update your card details within one week to enable outstanding monthly payments to continue, or alternatively you can settle the outstanding balance in a single payment.
E-MAIL REQUESTS – ADVICE & PRESCRIPTIONS
For existing patients who have visited within the last month, it is possible for me to remotely kinesiology test you between appointments to check your homeopathic remedy and potency prescription. I charge a £10 fee for this service which will be sent via email payment link.
For any homeopathic pills required, I charge an additional £5 between appointments + postage. You can also buy a larger quantity of pills directly from the homeopathic pharmacies.
Due to the sheer volume of patients I help support, and the number of requests I sometimes receive, and to ensure professionalism and accuracy of prescriptions, this service is limited to those who have had an appointment with me in the last month. For existing patients who have not visited within the last month, I will ask you to book a follow-up appointment so I can check your symptoms and assess your requirements in detail.
RECEIPTS FOR PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE CLAIMS
Some private health insurance companies require a more detailed receipt on my headed paper – above & beyond the details on the standard receipt you automatically receive upon booking.
Due to the sheer volume of patients I help support, and the time it takes me to manually create these receipts to support insurance claims, I am now charging £15 per receipt to cover my time which will be sent via email payment link.
I will then create the receipt and email this across to you as swiftly as possible (usually within 72 hours).
