Although online consultations may provide information on general health matters or suggest potential options to support your health, they are not intended to replace in-person consultations with qualified healthcare providers who can assess your unique medical situation thoroughly. Claire French is not attempting to diagnose, prevent or cure any physical, mental or emotional issue, disease or condition.
Always seek the advice of your doctor or physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition and before undertaking a new healthcare regimen. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read, seen or discussed in an online consultation.
Online consultations may have limitations, including the lack of a physical examination, and should not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis or treatment decisions, especially in urgent situations. In the event of a medical emergency, immediately call your doctor or local emergency services. This online consultation service does not establish a healthcare provider-patient relationships in the way that in-person care does, and reliance on any information provided in this format is solely at your own risk.

E-MAIL REQUESTS – ADVICE & REMEDIES BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS
To ensure the accuracy and professionalism of prescriptions, homeopathic advice and remedy adjustments between appointments are limited.
If you have attended an appointment within the previous four weeks, I may be able to offer brief advice or review your current remedy via email, where appropriate. This service includes checking whether your remedy remains suitable or whether a minor adjustment is required.
A £10 email consultation fee applies for this review and will be send via payment link. If additional homeopathic pills are required between appointments, these can be prepared for £10 plus postage, or collected from me by arrangement.
Due to the number of patients I support, email advice or prescriptions cannot normally be provided between appointments if it has been more than four weeks since your last consultation. In these cases, I will ask you to book a follow-up appointment, so your symptoms can be properly reviewed.
RECEIPTS FOR PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE CLAIMS
Upon request, a payment receipt can be provided from Stripe (my payment processor), at no charge.
If your insurance provider requires a more detailed customised receipt or invoice that must be created manually, I charge an administrative fee of £10 per receipt, to cover my time which will be sent via email payment link.

This discount plan allows follow-up sessions to be purchased as a bundle at a reduced price. The follow-up discount plan includes a total of 4 hours of appointments, which can be used for:

This plan may be purchased in a single payment, or with a 0% monthly instalment option.
Appointments must be used within 12 months of purchase.

By choosing this option, you agree to pay the full balance in 12 x monthly instalments. During this time you can redeem 4 hours of selected appointments when you need them at no additional charges, 0% interest, and 20% discount on appointment prices.
You may request cancellation of the plan at any time, however, no part-refunds will be given and the remaining balance is due upon cancellation.
If a scheduled card payment fails, you agree to update your card details within 7 days so that outstanding monthly payments can continue, or alternatively settle the remaining balance in a single payment. I have created this plan as a gesture of goodwill & require your help ensuring all outstanding payments are completed, so I can continue to offer 0% monthly as an option.
If monthly payments are not maintained when due, Claire French Wellness reserves the right to cancel the plan and withdraw access to any remaining appointments. Any payments already made will not be refunded.
THE EMOTION CODE – 20% DISCOUNT PLAN – TERMS & CONDITIONS:
This discount plan allows you to purchase a bundle of 5 Emotion Code appointments at 20% discount. After purchase of the plan, a coupon code will be emailed to you which is entered at the checkout when booking appointments, until the bundle has been fully used.
Appointments must be used within 3 months of purchase.
Plans can be shared between family members, but each appointment is for one person only.
Discount plans are non-refundable once purchased.
Plans may be purchased as a gift certificate.
There is no limit to the number of plans that may be purchased.
PAY-IN-3 INSTALMENTS PLAN – TERMS & CONDITIONS:
This plan allows you to pay 3 monthly instalments to spread the cost of the Full Health MOT.
You can book your Full Health MOT as soon as the first instalment is made. Upon purchase of this Pay-in-3 plan, you will receive a unique coupon code via email, which you enter at the checkout to ‘pay’ for your appointment.
If any scheduled payment fails, or is not made on the agreed date, Claire French Wellness reserves the right to charge the outstanding balance to the card on file.
All payments made under this instalment plan are non-refundable, however, you can settle the full balance of the plan early by emailing Claire to request this.
NATURAL MENOPAUSE PROGRAMMES – TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply specifically to the Natural Menopause Programmes offered by Claire French Wellness and form part of the overall Terms & Conditions which apply to all consultations and services.
The Natural Menopause Programmes are personalised one-to-one programmes designed to support women experiencing symptoms related to perimenopause and menopause. Programmes include the 3-Week Natural Menopause Breakthrough and the 8-Week Natural Menopause Reset, or any other menopause programmes offered by Claire French Wellness.
These programmes use a holistic approach, including homeopathy, nutrition, kinesiology, testing, lifestyle guidance and related natural therapies to help you better understand and support your health during this stage of life.
Participation in these programmes does not replace medical care. Clients remain responsible for seeking advice from their GP or medical specialist where appropriate.
Each programme includes the consultations, guidance and materials outlined at the time of purchase. Programmes are designed to take place over the approximate timeframe stated at the time of booking. Sessions should normally be completed within a reasonable period following the initial consultation, and typically within three months unless otherwise agreed.
Once purchased, menopause programmes are non-refundable. However, with more than 24 hours notice, individual consultation appointments within the programme may be rescheduled in accordance with the general booking policy.
Any supplements, homeopathic remedies or nutritional products recommended during the programme are not included in the programme fee, unless otherwise stated. These may be purchased separately from nutritional suppliers or homeopathic pharmacies if you choose to do so.
The Natural Menopause Programmes are a collaborative process. Outcomes will depend on many factors including individual health history, lifestyle, and engagement with the recommendations provided.
Results and improvements vary from person to person and no specific outcome or health improvement can be guaranteed.
Any written materials, resources, or guidance provided as part of a menopause programme are for the personal use of the participant only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
